Industrial Vibration motor uses the eccentricity block to provide excitation force for vibrating machine. The angle of eccentricity block can be adjusted and the excitation force can be regulated at any time to meet different requirements.
Vibration motor is a reliable power-saving device, low noise and good regulation performance. It can be used in a variety of industrial applications, such as food processing, powder sieve, cutting and so on.
The rotor can be separated into three zones, the upper section is the axis, the middle section is the friction track and the lower section is the spring fold. The elasticity and strength of the spring fold are sufficient to connect the axis to the friction track in a synchronous way, ensuring smooth vibration operation.
In order to prevent imbalances in electric motors, engineers must perform both static and dynamic balancing on a regular basis. Imbalances are most commonly caused by rotor windings that are not aligned properly, weak stator support and shorted stator laminations.
Misalignment of shafts can also cause lateral and torsional vibrations in conveyors and other equipment. In such cases, engineers can correct alignment by using vibration analysis tools or laser alignment tools.
