The exciting force of a vibration motor is obtained by the rotation of the rotor shaft and the eccentric weights fixed on it. The rotating rotor generates centrifugal force which is transmitted to the vibrating machine via the eccentric weights. The eccentric weights are adjusted to form a certain angle with each other, and the exciting force can be continuously adjustable.
If the adjusting process is not completed correctly, the equipment will not be operated normally. In addition, the performance of the vibrating motor will be seriously affected. Therefore, in order to achieve proper adjustment, it is necessary to master the working principle and structure of the equipment and some operation foundations and maintenance common sense.
The most effective way to ensure a smooth and reliable operation is to install a PTC sensor, or thermistors, in each winding phase. These sensors provide protection against overheating and will help prevent complete motor failure due to overloads, which are the most common type of motor fault.
